About Us - The Story Behind News Wave

Every idea starts with a question. My was simple:

“Why isn’t there one place to explore all the trending topics we care about?”

That question is the beginning of the thought behind the News Wave.  

News Wave is a blog for curious minds, everyday explorers, and the readaholic who wants to know what’s happening in the world and why.

But first, take a step back… and listen to the story!

It all began with a notebook in one hand and one hand on the whiteboard!

As a dedicated educator, I, Hafsa Faizan, have spent years in classrooms guiding young minds, sparking questions, and celebrating “wow” moments.

But beyond the school walls, another part of me was always quietly alive: the writer. 

The one who found joy in words, who turned thoughts into stories, and who believed that information, when shared well, could be powerful.

My two worlds—teaching and writing—are often intertwined. I’d jot down thoughts between lessons, scribble article ideas while grading papers, and wonder:
“How can I reach more people beyond the classroom?”

That’s when the idea sparked.

“What if I created a space where people could explore trending topics across different fields—but in a way that’s easy to read, meaningful, and even fun?”

That spark led to the birth of News Wave, a blog that combines my love for education, storytelling, and making knowledge accessible for all. 

Here, I pour my passion into every article, curating stories from tech to travel, food to finance, health to how-tos—all designed to inform, inspire, and ignite curiosity, just like I’ve always loved to do.
